Struggling to access the internet...Did you know?
If you haven’t got enough laptops/computers/phones to go round in your house you can use a Playstation/Xbox if you have one. They have browsers and you can even plug in a keyboard if you have one. To find out more click here. If your household does not have broadband at home to support your child’s remote learning and you cannot meet the cost of additional data on your or their mobile phone to access digital learning, you may be eligible for additional data at no cost, If you meet the above criteria, your school maybe able to help make an application for your child.

We work with a large number of great local providers who put on may enrichment activities for young people. Perhaps you have been to some? While we cannot run the normal activities why not see what they are offering online or locally?
The aim of Get Hastings Reading is to improve literacy standards within the town and inspire children to read for pleasure. EFT and partners have been funded by the Hastings Opportunity Area to promote a number of ways in which children and young people can freely access books, take part in reading events, and hear from authors and storytellers in an exciting yearlong campaign to fill Hastings with books!
